Whilst the new additions to the external CD/DVD writer are somewhat novel, it doesn’t detract from the fact that this is a standard optical drive. Granted it has some nice features and it certainly is very stylish (silver on black) - bundled with some decent software. Smooth cd drawer motorisation is smooth and speedy. -
